- How much does Lacey cost?
- Lacey is one plan: $99 per month for up to 1,000 hot leads a month, with every feature included. Pricing is per account, not per seat.
- What counts as a lead?
- A hot lead is a visitor who completes the widget and gives you their contact details. Visitors who start and abandon do not count against your plan.
- Is there a free plan or trial?
- No. You can sign up, set up your widget and install it before you pay. Leads it captures are kept but locked until you subscribe, and they unlock the moment you do.
- Do you charge per user?
- No. The plan is a flat monthly price for the whole account. Adding teammates does not change what you pay.
- Is there a contract?
- No. Billing is month to month and you can cancel anytime from your billing settings.
- What happens if I go over my lead limit?
- The widget keeps capturing. Leads past your monthly allowance are kept but locked until the allowance resets. Leads are never discarded because you crossed a limit.
- Does it work with HubSpot?
- Yes. HubSpot sync is included, and Zapier covers most other CRMs.
